Tea Cares has a mission of providing exceptional customer service for each order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, let us know.  Please note that items purchased through TeaCares are not eligible for returns or exchange when opened and partially used.

Return of full-priced items with the original purchase receipt can be exchanged or refunded back to the original tender of credit card or debit card. If the original form of tender has been lost or stolen, we will issue a check for the full amount of the return from our headquarters and mail it out to you.

Shipping Rates & Policies

Our standard shipping, please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to arrive within the United States.  At this time we only ship within the contiguous United States.  We use a standard regional USPS ship box.  If you have a special order, please contact us.
